My Gracie escaped the play pen when she was a pup, scared me half to death. I was in the shower, the playpen was in my room next to the door to the bathroom, I stepped out of the shower and almost stepped on her! The solution to keeping her in the playpen was simple for us. A sheet thrown over the top worked. She sleeps in her playpen at night, right next to my bed, and has not escaped since. You can also try securing the baby gate to the top of the playpen, I have done that before when I needed to make sure that she would not get out. |
