Default Potty training regression after spay.

First the good news: Bella is recovering nicely from her spay on Monday, she has her old energy level back, and I have to work hard to keep her from doing her old jumping and cat-chasing routines. She'll have her stitches out a week from Monday.

Now the bad news: Although she is very good about peeing on her potty pads, she has completely forgotten about pooping on her pads. In fact, she seems to go out of her way to poop on pillows and bedding where she KNOWS she shouldn't be doing that. I did some internet searching, and apparently this kind of thing is not that unusual, and stops within a few weeks. I just hope my (and my partner's) nerves hold out that long. In the meantime, we are watching her more closely, and doing some scheduled crate training time if it's been a long time since the last poop and we can't keep an eye on her. I'll keep everyone posted on how long it takes before she is potty trained again...
