 Bows in Hair
Hi. I have two Yorkie ladies and I want to put their hair up in an elastic and bow. They're 8 myths old and won't even keep elastic band in hair. Do they get better as they get older? Should I be persistent and keep putting elasticity in? What if they swallow the bands? |
