Usually the health clinics are open to any-one to book in their dog(s). But you often need to pre-register for the health clinic. Not always but often.

Health clinics happen in a number of different ways, a) the hosting club for the show might organize one or more health clinics b) one of the National Clubs that is holding their National Specialty at that show might organize and host the health clinic.

I have been to major shows where health clinics were run all three days of the show. Eye Cerfs are pretty common, BAER (hearing tests), Heart, sometimes Xray ie Offa (I've only seen that twice), never seen BATS offered(yet), but there are a few tests you can get done. Temperament testing is offered infrequently, but I love it when it is!
