Default Still More Questions - Adult Female Yorkie

Wow, thanks for all the quick replies.

I am the one who is considering buying my first Yorkie, a three-year young
female.

The breeder just emailed me a big letter, and I am in the process of calling her to finalize this.

The dog was $650, and here is what she told me:

I would be willing to take $50 off the purchase price, so that would allow you to take her to your vet. At no time will I be responsible for any vet bills. If your vet would find any health problems return Zoe to. I just weighed her and she weighs 6 lbs. Her tail is docked, but I didn't know about the dew claws so she has them on her front paws. I groom her myself and clip her claws. She hasn't ever had any problems with the. She doesn't chew on anything, other than her toys. Her teeth are in good condition but could use a polish. Zoe has never had any health problems. I don't consider c-section a health problem. I don't allow my dogs to bark and carry on. They will definitely let you know if something, someone is outside they are very alert little dogs. As for being housebroken, I don't think you would have to start over from scratch. I hve taken her to other peoples' houses, and she has been fine. She stays sitting on my lap. Zoe is used to being around children, as I have grandbabies that are around alot that handle them.

OK. I am ready to move with this deal, but first I need some more help.
One breeder answered a question earlier, and I am hoping she will see this.
I think her name if YorkieRose and she made an excellent comment.

Here are my questions:

DewClaws - Do your dogs have front and back removed. Zoe only has
the back claws removed. Is this the norm?

Her Name - I would love to rename her Sadie. Is this possible with a dog three years old?

Health - The fact that she has had probably more than one litter, does this still make her a healthy dog? I know this may sound like a dumb question,
but I have not had a dog in years so I am wondering at what age do breeders quit breeding their dogs?

Thanks everyone. I am so excited, and I can bet my life that this email is not boring anyone, as you all seem so loving with your animals. I love that.
Can't wait to buy clothes for her if this works out.
