Maggie Mae was admitted to ER vet hospital to give I'VE fluids, pain meds & to keep a watchful eye on her all night. Better to keep her there than something happen during the night! She is my precious baby & is do anything to make her better!
Her vaccine was given in her left upper shoulder area as far as I could tell from the swelling area. I'd never heard a dog yelp with a shot so that took me by surprise to start with.
This emergency vet will fax all records to Maggie's vet so he'll have them for future vaccines. I will be sure to give Benadryl before anymore vaccines.
