You have to realize that the Science Diet ID is a prescription food and there is NOTHING wrong with this at all. I have two of mine eating the Science Diet RX foods and they are doing great on it. Also one of late babies was having to eat the Purina NF food which is for kidney issues.

I think people often don't understand that Science Diet and Purina ALSO have RX Foods for medical issues. These foods are completely different that the regular food that most people are complaining about. So just keep that in mind.
