I use a Puppia step-in harness. There are different types of Puppia harnesses--I chose one that has a big velcro across the back plus one buckle. We are on our second harness because Toby outgrew the first one. Two thumbs up! I love that the buckle is one that my daughter can fasten/unfasten.
