Yikes I remember those jaws teeth loll my Momo had them. Just curious why it wasn't pulled when Sachi was spayed? That way, they don't need to go under again...but it looks like she needs to anyway for the tear duct flushing. Hope all goes well & good on you for your momma instincts to get that 2nd opinion.
