My little girl's teeth look exactly like that too!!! She is 7 months old and about 3 weeks ago both sets of teeth came down at the same time!!!
I am waiting to have her spayed and then hope to pull the baby teeth. Really she looks like a shark mouth!!! Never saw anything like that before!
