What was she eating before she came to stay with you? Some dogs are very adverse to sudden diet changes and you have to go very slowly to get them to accept the new food.
Any change in diets can also cause stomach upsets and diarrhea. Go easy on new foods and maybe try some boiled skinless chicken breast and rice until her tummy settles.
