A couple things. Where is she suppose to go potty when you are at work?
A 7 month old puppy can’t hold their bowl movements, and they shouldn't have to… My 6 year old isn't forced to hold it all day while I’m at work- he is left his potty pad.
She also NEEDS to have her food down all day.
What food are you feeding her?
It will take a little bit to get both of your schedule’s down. She is new to you, so it will take time.
