Some of mine are real barkers and some are not. My 14 year old Sassy mainly barks in the morning to wake us up. As soon as the sun comes up if we are not already up she will sure let us know that it is time to get up. Some of my others bark when they think they have a reason, like if they see a cat walking around in the yard. They love looking out the windows for activity outside. Of course if anyone knocks on the door they all go nuts.
