Hi and Welcome to YT! Thank you for helping this little girl. The vet is the best place to go to help her, be sure to tell them she's a rescue, they may give you a break on the prices. Two litters by her age is a lot, most are not bred until 2 YO. She probably has worms, and may have not been fed a quality diet. Yes, 8 weeks is too soon, although many remove the pups if they're weaned by then. Good Luck and let us know how it goes...

Sorry, I just reread... by the end of the month? August or July the pups will be 8 weeks old?
