I guess there are several different types that are Avail? Yeah, Some are a little expensive. Like the plan that the AKC offers. We were looking at another plan that cost around $350.00 for the year.

Within the next month - month 1/2 "Chance" will be getting neutered
Our Vet fee will be $350 for the procedure, Now my friends vet only charges $150 for it, But I think his vet does several dogs at a time and that may be why its soo cheap.
I'd rather have OUR vet do it because it'll be One-on-one. and not like a cattle car of dogs getting neutered at once. And his Vet is a very well known Vet.

But Damn $350. lol

anyways, The reason I was thinking about it is, I'd like to be safe than sorry if something should happen. I've read through posts where several members babies have become sick for one reason or another and find themselves struggling to pay Vet fee's or are unable to have their babies treated because they we'll just cant afford the price of the vet fee's...

I know it's pretty sad that Many people don't have health insurance for themselves. Myself included and I'm a General Contractor.. I'm just lucky for now, that I'm a pretty healthy guy.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on Pet Insurance if you have it and think it's worth it
