I'm an advocate of Mace...I live on an army base where everything is rules and regulations but we still have irresponsible owners who let their dogs run free or who dont properly secure their gates/fences. Please report that owner/dog I would hate for someone else's baby to be attacked by their husky because of their negligence. At the very least they'll be fined and look into properly securing their pet to avoid paying more fines. I agree with the above poster that I'd have no problem knocking another person's animal out of the way to protect mine. I protect my pets as I protect my child. |
