I'm so sorry this happened to you! Thank goodness Beanie wasn't injured. Just a suggestion...you might want to take him to the vet just to be sure there isn't an injury you can't see. You never know. I would definitely report this to Animal Control. The next little dog this happens to might not be so lucky.
