It was trying to kill your dog how yorkies kill rats when they are ratters is by grabbing them by the neck and shaking them until there neck breaks that is what the dog was doing to yours. How would you feel if you if you didn't report this dog and it did this to another person but actually killed there pet or worse injured it so badly it suffered for hours before dying?
