[Draco]

So far it hasn't happened with Draco. I once had a guy get super excited when we were in petsmart. He and his gf had just got their yorkie puppy. It was funny he seemed more excited about it than her.
At the dog park we've run into a few yorkies and the owners were always polite.
Most of the Yorkies were bigger than Draco, the one I can remember was half Draco size at the time I think the guy said she was 2lbs. We were at beach and his dog kept escaping and running over to Draco and trying to play, but Draco wasn't interested.

I'm not sure how I'd react if someone did snub me, though I'm not that social of a person I'm pretty good with comebacks heh.
