It could be a mix of things. Do you have nutrical on hand? If not do you have karo syrup? If you have one of those see if she will lick some off your finger or take some and rub it on her gums her blood sugar could be a little low from not eating and throwing up then after that see if she will take any of her food. If that doesn't work you may want to try soaking her wet food in warm water letting it sit for a few minutes then drain it and see if she will eat some that way.
