But usually that gets compliments. One lady even said "hey, women pay big bucks for hair like hers!". Other yorkie owners I've come across have even said how much cuter they thought Lexie was than their own dog! Lexie is a people-magnet for sure. People have even asked me if I get jealous of my dog because she gets all the attention! Riiiight!
The only weird thing I've encountered several times is when I carry her in my sling bag, people go, "Oh, I didn't realize that was a REAL dog. I thought she was a stuffed toy." Like a grown woman would be walking around with a stuffed animal in a carry bag? Seriously? |
Lol! Actually I walked around w Yodi for about a week, which is a stuffed animal yorkie that travels the country. Now there's yoshi, but same idea. Lots of ppl would come up to me and say they thought it was a real dog. And it's be in like bars, restaurants, etc where you normally wouldn't see dogs.
