On one of our trips to the grocery store, dad stayed in the car with the boys while I shopped. I had barely gotten back in the car when a man holding a Yorkie knocked on my window. I was exhausted after working, the park and shopping, and wasn't feeling very social, despite how cute his doggy was. I was nice, but I got the feeling he was disappointed that we didn't want to stay and talk about everything Yorkie.

Maybe when you encounter these people, it isn't always about the dogs.

Believe it or not, a lot of times Uni and I get snubbed is when we are at Petsmart or something and they have their yorkie with them! You would think they want the attention.
