Thanks so much for your prayers and concern.
Kristin, thank you so much for being there when I needed a shoulder to cry on. You are an Angel!
We think Teddy is having side effects of dizziness and I guess fear and pain. He did finally potty after the vet visit with a lot of coaxing. He has not done a poopie yet but the vet said he was pretty empty anyway from the diarrhea he had earlier. I think when he is standing he feels unsure of himself and feels like he is going to topple over. We stopped at the park on the way home from the vet and he was so happy he ran a few steps with his tail wagging and then stopped and hunched up scared and looked at me with scared eyes. I hope the side effects wear off soon. He still has to take a couple of antibiotics for the bite and his irritated colon. You know, maybe the diarrhea was a blessing in disguise because if he hadn't had that I wouldn't have been checking him for blood and probably wouldn't have spotted the blood on his leg where he got bit.
Anyway, thanks again. It has meant a lot to me!
Hugs...
Teddy Bear, Daisy and Jean
He is laying in the crate in the kitchen. He still looks scared but he likes that he can drink from the hamster bottle and doesn't have to stand up to take a drink.
