for toilet training you should try the umbilicle cord method.this is were the dog is on the lead all day (please use harness) and she follows you and you can keep an eye on her/hi to make sure she doesnt go toilet inside bring her outside every while and if she does her buisness give her a treat she'll cop on soon enough.as for tricks keep it interesting.for sit just hold a treat in the air above her and bring it behind her.works every time.
