I've been putting this off for a very long time, but it is finally getting to me. Yes, I live in a "haunted house". I am hoping that by sharing this, the believers will assure me that I'm not crazy, and perhaps the non-believers can give me a logical explanation for all the weird things we've experienced! I won't get into all the real bad details right off the bat, because I really don't want to freak people out, but this "energy" that is in my house has been getting worse and worse over the years, and now it is frightening my dogs.

I'll list a few of the minor things that happen - the usual "cold spots", shadows that move when there is nothing there to cast them, dishes that rattle in the cabinets, household items disappearing (some come back, other things we have never seen again), lights coming on and off for no reason, etc. It started years ago, but it was just every now and then. We've had fish tanks break for no reason, plants die, dogs get sick, and there is never an explanation or a reason for these things. Now, it is getting to the point where something happens just about every day. The dogs will focus on an area and bark like crazy. Phantom even gives up his belly to "nothing" all the while staying focused on it. Sometimes I catch them spinning around frightened to look behind them (as if something or someone touched them or poked them or something).

So, the question is, can this "thing" be cast out of my house somehow? Has anyone else experienced anything like this before? Yes, we do plan to move sometime in the near future, but until then, I really don't want any more of this to go on. Like I said, if I mentioned everything, I think someone would have me committed, but I am not the only one who has seen these things, my husband has also experienced many unexplainable "evil" things as well, so you'll have to commit us both!
