And dog flipping is not just stealing/selling a dog. Some people claim lost dogs as theirs or dogs being given away/rehomed for free and then turn around and sell them to just anyone for money. Or buy a dog dirt cheap off the side of the road or from a neighbor, friend and sell it for a profit, uncaring of what kind of home it's going into.
