Wait until two weeks after the shots for full immunity.
For Toby (a Morkie) I had a puppy groom done where they gave him a bath, trimmed up his face, paws, and "sani area" (their term!), and trimmed his nails. They charged about $16. This was at PetSmart--I know some of you are cringing right now, but the woman did a great job! This service is offered up until six months of age.
