Hello... In response to your thread, I just wanted to say that My Yorkie is 4 months old and she weighs 3 pounds and 15 ounzes. Just about 4 lbs. She eats Royal Canine Puppy 33 and she loves her food!! For about 3 weeks now she has been eating less of the meals, when I used to give her 3 to 4 small meals a day now she is eating 2 meals a day and she seems to have reached a plataeu phase. She went to her vet just 2 days ago and he said that she is growing very wonderfully and she should be reaching her mature size between 4 to 6 months and her gain should not be too much. So I dont think that your puppy is overweight, I really think she is just a healthy baby puppy!!! The food you feed her may be alright, but if you are going to change it to any other healthier type just make the transition smoothly and I am sure she will be fine!!!
