Default Possible injury from agility

Macy was a little over a year old when I started taking classes in agility for her and me. We took lessons for about a year and all this time I thought about the A Frame where she had to climb a steep incline and go back down the other side and hoped it wouldn't be hard on her knees. One night in class she started holding her back leg up while running. I took her to the vet the next day. She looked at her and said she couldn't feel anything wrong because the kneee cap was tight. We didn't go back to agility because she started skipping with that leg occasionally when we would go for a walk.

I switched vets last year and told him about her skipping so he took x rays and checked her out. He said her knees look fine and so does her hip and spine. She is still skipping occasionally when we go for a walk. But yesterday, for a change, I took her and Molly for a walk on a trail they had never been on along the lake and ....she never skipped once. She also does not skip when she walks in the grass. We have an appointment with an orthopedist at U of I tomorrow morning to find out what is going on with her. I will feel terrible if he tells me she may have injured herself doing agility.

Has anyone else done agility and had this happen?
