As far as good articles about Yorkies, there are many of them here, most of which have been contributed by our members.
There are many sites of which www.ytca.org is one that has a breeder referral page on it. And it too has pages of information on the YT. You might be interested in their Health Foundation.
So good luck with your business, but it truly in my opinion is not offering anything at this point really valuable to the Yorkie breed, or to would be purchasers. |
I appreciate your opinion, and I can only respond - "Rome was not built in a day".

We just launched this site in its fully-built form couple of months ago, and we dont have many breeder reviews yet. So, yes, it will take time for us to become the valued resource for dog lovers. And that is precisely why I am posting on this and other similar forums - to get not resistance, but help from people that deal with unscrupulous breeders and puppy mills on a first-hand basis. It is up to YOU to make Vadzilla a helpful tool we designed it to be. And as much as we would like it, it would not be feasible for us to dedicate a lot of resources to be an exhaustive source of information on EVERY breed. Instead, we chose to focus on the benefit we can provide to the ENTIRE INDUSTRY. We are a small family business, and we personally dont own Yorkies, or dogs at all (allergic

). But just so you know - we went through a painful and long process of finding a good breeder with our two balinese cats last year, which was ultimately the reason we created Vadzilla.com.
As for my Donating status - I went through official channels and presented my case to the site admin, before I donated. I absolutely made sure that the nature of my business is understood and received specific instructions on where and how to frame my posts. I am now adhering to those instructions. Yes, my interest is mainly in advertising my service, as it relates to the breeder search, I am not denying it. I will only post when it is relevant and appropriate, just like in the case of this original post.
PS. You really have to try Amazon - they have a lot of great stuff
