I hope you do some of the reading that has been recommended for you. Right now you have an infant to deal with. He should be with his mom but since he is not you have to do a lot of the things a mom would do, like keep him warm and let him snuggle with you, make sure he eats and potties as he should. Don't give him cows milk, just goats milk or the puppy replacement milk you can buy in pet stores. Clean water should always be available.

It is fine to put him in a kennel on your bed. Pups this age have to potty frequently and have no ability to hold back their urine or poo until they are around 16 weeks old. You can work on teaching him where you would like him to potty but you can't get him too far from his potty or you will have accidents.

Yorkies don't have thick coats like some breeds so they do lose body heat faster than most so keeping him warm is really important. Don't over do it, of course, but make sure he is warm enough and give him a warm blanket to snuggle in when you can't be with him.

Getting him checked out by a good vet that is familiar with Yorkie issues would be a really good idea.
