This person is usually not there when I come in so I don't deal with her. It does make me angry the way she treated Tatiana. I have considered calling and talking to the vet, but I don't know what her name is. The really nice one is Stephanie and she is the one I usually talk to or see when we come in. I may have to address it as it does really bother me. I was just so in shock that she treated her that way!
