can one be held accountable for poisend food left out in a backyard. Ok I am just kidding, but it makes me wonder. If I owned a pet that wandered and annoyed neighbors I would be afraid that someone would be ticked off enough to something like that.

one time there was a dog running loose and it kept leaving big piles on my lawn which my dogs would of course have to find and sniff and it attracted other dogs, it was also mushy and did not clean up well. I found out where it was coming from and left notes in the persons mailbox it was on the street behind mine and I did not know these people since there was strand of woods between the houses. The note did not work, what finally worked was me bringing the crap back home to their front door and their barbeque grill.
