That's what I was thinking as I typed; let her try and go natural and take her in for the c-section only if need be. Did your vet say anything about whether the heads look too big....or small enough to fit through? Looks like they are right there headed in the correct direction to come right down. Not to say that couldn't change between now and then, but maybe not. Their position looks pretty good right now.
