Wow. How stupid to try and flip the dog within minutes!
You know, not only private parties to this. Pet shops do too!
The Puppy Store - Santa Ana, CA
This place is called the Puppy Store, and it has the same logo and design layout of a shop in LA called Orange Bone that places rescue dogs. So I walked in wondering how could a rescue afford a spot in the mall? Well when I walked in I saw puppies! Non AKC mixed breed puppies from out of state! And then there were a few "rescues" in the back, for about $300-500! I'm sure they pick out the "cute" ones from the shelter for $70 and flip them and sell them in their shop for hundreds!
