We have been married 35 years and our first child arrived 1 1/2 years into our marriage. We wanted kids right away! While pregnant, I had a panic attach one night........I was petrified of the responsibility of a human being! I got over it quickly as we had 4 children! 2, 4 & 8 years apart. The last was an oops!
