| I just got my JuneBug from a nationally known rescue (www.mlar.org/about) and they feed NutriSource. I could not find it so with my little guy needing to have most of his teeth pulled (around 18) due to being from a puppy mill, I feed mixed kibble and canned. When I lost my 21-22yo chihuahua on May 29th (Fanny Mae), she loved Authority Small Breed. It was rated 4 1/2 stars out of 5 and is not that expensive. I am feeding JuneBug that now along with some Blue Buffalo wet mixed in. I am, however, moving more towards grain-free. An excellent one that has "NOT" had any recalls (which is rare) is called Performatrin Ultra Grain-Free Small Bites. Natura/Nutro and Innova brands have to many recalls for me to feel comfortable feeding it. Here is the website that rates dog foods: Dog Food Reviews and Ratings | Dog Food Advisor |
