All those vets that examined Tibbe from age 9 mos. until he was re-examined this year at that scintigraphy test had all said he didn't have it his first 5 1/2 years of life. And now he does and he's had no injury, never limped or favored either leg in any way. But I knew he was from a not good situation when I got him and knew what I was likely getting into. But he was so damaged psychologically and behaviorally, I figured he'd be euthanized if someone else wound up with him so I took him.
