Yes of course, she
could do it the right way, but she's not. She's not trying to actually create a new breed that will be recognized by the AKC. She's just trying to create more money to line her pockets. I don't get why you can't see that? With so many mixed breed dogs, there's no way she is actually the breeder. More than likely she is a broker.
