I don't know about their toys, but we have two of their beds (the cheap nature nap ones) and they have been through tons of washing and drying cycles (on hot water and regular heat) and they still look very similar to day 1...lighter colored from wash fading, but the structure and "innards" haven't shifted or bunched up from washings whatsoever.
That all being said, I wouldn't doubt their toys to be extremely durable as well...we might try some, as we have a very heavy chewer in this house, too.
The beds I bought because I just needed a tiny bit more money spent in order to get free shipping on their food and treats, so I just randomly added something - so glad I did.
