In defense of the rescue, I spoke to a good hearted foster mom that only thought of the puppy and not " the right things to say". I am sure it is not common for her to get the kind of call I made asking questions Like why would they keep a dog that the owner wanted back, and why would they not take it to the vet immediately. I believe she did not even realize that the dog had been listed on their web site with both her phone numbers. Please give her slack because I put her on the spot while she was in the middle of taking care of a vet problem with her own yorkie. She spoke from the heart not from a legal text book.

There are many pups living in un perfect situations, some of them are living with members of Yorkie Talk, and some with member of our extended families, it is hard for those of us behind keyboards to pass an accurate judgement on what is best for any pup. It is so easy for all of us to "think" we know best but unless we are there we really can only guess.
