In Canada? Really? lol, I'm probably stupid, I didn't think it got quite as hot there but maybe depends on area.
The humidity here is what kills us. If there's not water involved, Jackson doesn't really wanna do anything. So summer exercise is usually swimming. Very lucky he loves it so much and that my dad has a nice in-ground pool.
I just buy one of those Intex pools that's almost 3ft deep but it's not set up right, yet. But it seems pretty easy to do.
