Just my opinion, I would not use any flea treatment, pill, topical, or even flea shampoo on a pup that tiny (age??). I would just shampoo as mimimomo described. Make sure to leave the shampoo/soap on for 5 min. then rinse very thoroughly. Some people love Dawn dishwashing detergent to get rid of fleas. Use a fine toothed flea comb to make sure there are not more fleas hiding.

Vacuum daily for a while. You will probably get control by just cleaning the pup and home, since there are not very many fleas. A large infestation over longer time would take more intervention.

shes 14 weeks (15 this sunday) but im not gonna give her the capstar but i did give her the revolution yesterday and ill give her a bath tonite i have dawn...
