I agree. I think it would be hard to use fabric because the tulle is tied in the holes for the tutus. If you sewed fabric onto the headband, it would need to be stretchy and I think it would stretch out the headband, as well. Unless you made it shabby by cutting strips of fabric to tie like the tulle. That would be cute. I have a bunch of those headbands, maybe I'll try one that way.
