I didn't want to make two threads, since both of the topics are related.
A neighbor is interested in yorkies. Knocked on me door all excited because she had found some BLUE YORKIES!! OMG ARE THEY RARE???!!! for sale.

I started the litany of what to look for, what you want, do not want, and hopefully scared her straight about the potential dangers of blue borns.

I wanted to guide her towards what to look for from a reputable breeder and the health tests to ask about, and went looking for the thread that was made and people thought should have been stickied about what kind of health tests should people look for from their puppies parents.
The search is acting wonky for me.. NOTHING is showing up.

Does anyone know where that thread is?
