There are breeders (using the word loosely) that will sell the same puppy, at one price with full registration, a lower price with limited registration, and an even lower price with no papers. So, what happens to those papers that people choose not to pay for? A lot of paper-shuffling between litters most likely. |
They register a mixed breed puppy using the papers of the purebred puppy that someone wanted for cheaper with no papers....so they can then sell the mixed breed at a full breed price and Ta-Da now puppy has papers!
