I took some food that we got for Gina, back to petsmart, even though it was open, they gave me a refund and the cashier was very pleasant and nice to deal with. Gina had a mild reaction to the food, and they took it back and gave me a full refund, with a smile. Customer service has taken a back seat in most industries nowadays, but every now and then you find the good stores that teach that without us they wouldn't be in business, and they need to remember this. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with your petsmart, but not all of them are bad, this one store has always been a good one, and a pleasant shopping experience.
