How very disappointing, I'm so sorry. If it were me...I'd bag it all up return it for a full refund and ask to speak with the store manager. This should not go unnoticed, management needs to know, not only about the incorrect charges and rude help but the faulty (filthy) goods. Do not accept a store credit, who needs that? Take your money elsewhere, maybe to some of YT's wonderful vendors or specialty shops nearby. Good luck!!!
