I agree with the rest. Maybe the groomer was a bit rough. You need to keep at it gently, talk softly, and give him a little treat as you go. I always tell Deuce to "Stand like a show dog" and he does!!!! Even when I trim his paws he will stand there where I place his feet. But I always talk softly no matter how many times I have to remind him.
