Default Yorkies with allergies

We have been back and forth to vets so many times in the last 12 months with my yorkie who had such sore paws.

I was fobbed off for a long time that it was yeast infection but I did everything to get rid of that yet his paws didn't improve, well they got a lot worse. He could hardly walk let alone run, he is nearly 4 so full of energy etc.

I insisted he had further tests including allergy testing.

Results showed he was allergic to: All Grass, dock leaves, all meats, salmon, potatos, cereals, rice basically everything in normal dog food. He has always only eaten good foods either Royal Canine or fish4dogs never cheap food.

SO a month ago he was put on antibotics again and anti histimines as well as new food Royal Canine Anallergenic which is a hydrolysed food.

Last week he started imuno therapy. This is every two weeks for 12 weeks then every month for nine months then probo every 8/10 weeks for the rest of his life. Costing a fortune but hopefully it will desensitise him to the allergens.

His feet have improved so much he can run around and he is like he used to be.

Has any one else's yorkie suffered allergies and if so do you have any tips ???
